The week has been all about the wedding, but we still had a family birthday party for Mimi, Aunt Kristen, and Sawyer last Saturday.
Sawyer picked out a Transformers cake and his little face of delight was such a joy.
He was so animated opening each and every present. After opening his cars from mom and dad, he yelled out, "I've been waiting for this for weeks!" Then he got a basketball hoop from all his aunts and uncles and the gear to go with it from Grandma and Greg. He kept pumping his muscles for us in his new jerseys.
Our middle child is such a sweet boy and the perfect compliment to our family. We can always count on him to share, cuddle, and say the most random sentences to make us smile.
