The First Week

Brotherly Love

Trenton: "When I said 'Packers' she did this (goofy closed-eyes closed-lips grin) and when I said 'Vikings' she did this (fake cry)."

Sawyer: "I think my friends will be impressed we have four kids. And I'm going to tell them my dad is getting surgery so no more babies. But I don't want that because I want more boys and more girls because girls are cute and boys are friendly."

Kellen: "She wants to go back in your belly. That's why she's crying."

We've adjusted to our precious little girl remarkably well. The boys are completely smitten and Landon is off for two weeks so I get a 3 hour nap every day! Here's some new pictures of her.

She's taken to the paci right away; even the newborn one takes up half her face!

Beautiful Girl

Landon picked a favorite animal for each of the kids and Elliot's is a giraffe. We found this one at Target and it's bigger than she is! I love this picture because her expression is like, "Um..don't look now, but there's a giant spotted animal next to me."
