Ok, now that I have vented in cyberspace, I can calmly tell you about my latest trip. The boys and I went to Colorado from July 19th to 26th with my brother and his girlfriend Anne to meet up with family. This was my third trip in two months; I think I'm getting used to living out of a suitcase! It was a wonderful time with family, but it also had its challenges. We had 16 people sleeping, eating, showering ... you get the picture ... in my aunt and uncle's house in Woodland Park (just outside of Colorado Springs). Then on top of that, Trenton brought the stomach flu with him. By the end of the week, only 4 of the 16 escaped 24 hours of diarrhea and puking and I was not one of the lucky 4. Really, despite all of the above, we did have a fun week. We biked 8 miles in and out of these little towns along the main highway to a little cafe where we ate lunch by a creek. We hiked a 3.5 mile trail in Rocky National Park to view multiple waterfalls. We rented a condo in Estes Park (a 3 hour drive from the Springs) where we shopped downtown and drove up into the Rocky Mountains for some amazing views. We visited the retreat center where my cousin works and saw their beautiful stone chapel built up on the rocks. We visited Seven Falls where you climb 260 steep, metal stairs to get to the top of a cliff that boasts a drop so long the water breaks into seven separate falls on the way down. We celebrated the July birthdays together: my aunt Kristen, my mom, and Sawyer. We visited Starbucks one to two times a day =) And we filled the rest of our time playing group games like Cranium and Taboo and eating yummy food. We were so busy constantly, I actually took very few pictures. Here are the best ones:

Aaron and I were the only ones in my immediate family to do the hike!
