The Next Stage

Landon's sister Chelsea had a bunkbed, dresser, and nightstand from her room in her parents' house. She wasn't using it in her new house and offered the set to us for the boys. We are so excited! It is a beautiful set of bedroom furniture and it will be wonderful for the boys as they get older and share a room. Nathan and Big Dave set it up on Monday, which inspired me to get the whole room decorated. It's been painted blue and empty except for a crib since we moved in. This new look is so much better! One more room down and only one to go until we're officially moved in :-)

Trenton asked me to hoist him up on the "big boy" bed at least six times yesterday! Then he would say shhh and close his eyes in pretend sleep. He's still in the crib for now, but it's good to know the transition won't be traumatic.
