Yummy!

I have said this before, but I will say it again. I have WAY less control over Sawyer's environment than I had over Trenton's and it is taking some getting used to. On Wednesday night, I gave Trenton an ice cream sandwich. On Thursday, Sawyer was crawling around the kitchen and went under the table to play. After a moment, I realized he was still and quiet, which is abnormal. I went to investigate and caught this . . .

I hadn't noticed the night before, but Trenton had dropped a chunk of his sandwich on the floor and it had melted and hardened into a chocolate/vanilla mess! Sawyer discovered it and learned quickly that if he scraped his two hands in it and then put them in his mouth, there was a very yummy sensation :-) So, he kept right at it -- scraping and sucking. I couldn't help but just laugh at the situation; after all, it's my fault he's a chocoholic!

So, there he sat with chocolate on his chin, hands, and leg and a huge grin on his face.
